Job summary

Sainsbury's Online Assistant role in the UK is a fast-paced position supporting online orders, picking quality products on the shop floor and arranging substitutions when items are unavailable. You’ll use a handheld device to plan routes, verify items and prepare orders for delivery or collection.

You’ll handle customer queries, process orders, support loading vans, and build knowledge of products and promotions to offer recommendations.
