Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking an online store manager to lead the in-store online service, directing a large team of shoppers and drivers. You will drive a seamless shopping experience across online and in-store channels and coach colleagues to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience leading a fast-paced, customer-facing team.
• Strong operational leadership with ownership of store operations.
• Consistently meets or exceeds KPIs across sales, availability, and customer satisfaction.
• Handles employee relations, including performance and absence management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and orchestrate the delivery of an online picking and delivery team to support the in-store online service.
• Be a visible leader, coaching a large team of shoppers and drivers to deliver a seamless and safe shopping experience for all customers.
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure the overall store shopping experience is successful.
• Manage people, performance, discipline, scheduling, and pay to maintain smooth operations.
