Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and orchestrate delivery of an online picking and delivery team for in-store online service.
• Be a visible leader, engaging and coaching shoppers and drivers to ensure a seamless, safe shopping experience.
• Collaborate with other managers to improve overall store shopping experience.
• Manage performance, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay accuracy.
