Job summary

DTCC, based in the United Kingdom, is seeking an Integration Technical Analyst I within SIFMU Onboarding & Lifecycle Operations. You will help onboarding new members, manage account changes, and support lifecycle activities, guiding applicants through onboarding and maintaining the client lifecycle after activation.

You will work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and lifecycle processes, while building strong relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases and handle all aspects of client lifecycle events.
• Provide testing support and answer client inquiries concerning account set-ups, files, subscriptions.
• Coordinate with Integration Team on client inquiries or tasks.
• Ensure successful completion of client lifecycle case work and issue resolution.
• Engage in multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Represent Integration on cross-functional teams as needed.
• Maintain procedures or project materials (document procedures, test plans, etc.).
