Job summary

State Street Investment Management seeks a Client Implementation & Transitions Coordinator to plan and execute onboarding, transitions, and change events for clients. You will liaise with custodians, administrators and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and risk management.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a client-focused mindset, with experience in asset management and multi-stakeholder environments. Hybrid work setup offered across Greater London.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• Industry qualifications (IMC, CISI) advantageous.
• Experience in asset management, custody, fund administration, or investment operations.
• Ability to coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with institutional investment products.
• Knowledge of asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Futures, OTC Derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding, transitions and change events within timelines.
• Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently with quality and control.
• Act as primary coordination point for internal/external stakeholders during the lifecycle.
• Facilitate interactions with Custodians and Administrators; complete market opening and trading docs.
• Coordinate processing including in-kind trade booking and resolving exceptions.
• Ensure readiness across front, middle and back-office teams for event delivery.
• Work with Contracting and KYC/AML teams to complete legal admin on time.
• Maintain accurate static data and lifecycle checklists for events.
