Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking a Client Connectivity Services Senior Analyst in the UK to connect clients to our network and automate data transfers. You will configure transfer protocols, validate data delivery, and ensure timely, accurate service throughout the client lifecycle.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, manage client queries, document work using our knowledge-centered approach, and support weekend/holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Gathers data from clients to establish connection to DTCC’s network.
• Implements network and authentication configurations with internal teams.
• Performs data delivery configurations and verifications.
• Monitors and manages client queries within defined turnaround times.
• Documents work using Knowledge Centered Service methodology.
• Provides weekend and holiday support as required.
• Escalates issues and maintains relationships with clients and partners.
• Contributes to department projects to meet team objectives.
