Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Client Connectivity Services Senior Analyst to join our team. You will connect clients to DTCC, configure data delivery, and ensure timely data transfer while delivering an excellent client experience throughout the lifecycle.

The role includes data gathering, network/configuration work, data delivery verifications, and collaboration across internal teams. A 3-day onsite, 2-day remote hybrid model is offered with a salary of £27,000–£29,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and validate required data from clients to establish connection to DTCC's network.
• Works with internal teams to implement network and authentication configurations.
• Performs data delivery configurations and verifications per procedures.
• Resolves client queries with minimal supervision.
• Monitors and tracks client queries using case management tools (Salesforce).
• Supports client queries via email and phone.
• Documents work using Knowledge Centered Service methodology.
