Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in the United Kingdom is hiring an Integration Technical Analyst I to support onboarding, account changes and lifecycle activities for new clients. You will work with multiple teams to deliver guidance through onboarding and ongoing client servicing.

Role requires collaboration, strong problem-solving and attention to detail in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, with a shift allowance of £3,500 per annum and a hybrid onsite/remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases and client lifecycle events.
• Provide testing support and answer inquiries about account setups.
• Coordinate with Integration Team on client inquiries and tasks.
• Ensure successful client lifecycle case work and issue resolution.
• Collaborate on multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Build and maintain procedures, test plans, and related materials.
• Learn about technical implementations for products and services.
• Maintain strong relationships across onboarding and lifecycle teams.
