Job summary

Caraff in the United Kingdom is seeking a New Hire Co-Ordinator to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for our new starters. You will manage offers, pre-boarding documentation, and onboarding logistics, ensuring Day One readiness and accurate tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Recruitment/HR administrative setting.
• Highly organised mindset with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across a team.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience in Workday (or similar) when coordinating onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Act as concierge and single point of contact for new hires.
• Manage offer acceptance, pre-boarding documentation, and onboarding logistics.
• Liaise with ID&V, Training, and Line Managers to ensure readiness for Day One.
• Provide candidate support via FAQs, check-ins, and reminders.
• Regular candidate care calls with new joiners, minimising offer reneges and inviting people to events.
• Answer candidate queries.
• Manage onboarding processes through dedicated systems, ensuring timely and accurate completion of each stage.
• Identify new joiners not completing onboarding on time.
• Track and monitor candidates onboarding progress.
• Complete reports and deliver them to the wider team and/or management.
