Job summary

Abound in the United Kingdom is seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, run and monitor training across our operations. You’ll work with the QA and Training Manager, operations and site managers to ensure training aligns with business goals and regulatory obligations under the FCA Consumer Duty, CONC, MCOB and SM&CR.

You’ll keep things running day to day, scheduling sessions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting onboarding for new starters.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training, L&D or onboarding, ideally in a contact centre or financial services setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with confidence working with managers at all levels.
• Able to juggle several priorities with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule training across Customer Service, Collections, Credit Operations and new business lines.
• Coordinate new starter induction with shadowing and sign-off milestones.
• Develop or coordinate training materials, e-learning and job aids.
• Track attendance and maintain audit-ready training records for colleagues.
• Manage external trainers, POs, invoices and budget spend.
