Job summary

NSG Environmental Ltd is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to coordinate and administer the end-to-end onboarding process for all new starters. You will be the primary contact, support managers, and maintain onboarding systems and records, including implementing the automated Ripple within People HR to enhance the employee experience.

The role requires excellent organisation, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including English and Maths are essential.
• Business Admin qualification or CIPD Level 3 is desirable.
• Experience with confidential information is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor onboarding screening and checks from start to finish.
• Manage onboarding documents and record-keeping in line with GDPR.
• Prepare onboarding packs and distribute employment paperwork.
• Coordinate inductions across Head Office and sites as required.
• Lead on the onboarding Ripple project within People HR.
