Frazer Jones is partnering with a professional services organisation to recruit an experienced HR Co-ordinator. You will be highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering an exceptional employee experience across the full lifecycle.

You will support onboarding, records, system data integrity, reporting and employee relations. A proactive, flexible, team-oriented approach and excellent communication are essential.

Formación

• Experience in HR Administration or HR Co-ordination.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience using HR systems and Excel for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in compliance with policies.
• Act as a key user of the HR system and provide first-line support to managers and staff.
• Respond to day-to-day HR queries with professional, customer-focused service.
• Produce HR reports and support data management and analysis.
• Assist with employee relations documentation and meetings coordination.
• Support learning and development initiatives and qualification schemes.
• Contribute to engagement, wellbeing and inclusion activities.
• Assist with administration of benefits and recognition programmes.
