Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Welcome Team Executive to join our growing sales team. You’ll guide newly signed-up customers through onboarding, ensuring their accounts are live and fully operational.

You’ll provide technical support, address questions about our systems, and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing customers. You’ll track interactions in our CRM and strive to exceed targets and satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and navigate different systems and software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact newly signed-up customers to guide them through onboarding and ensure accounts are live.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers about our systems.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed performance targets, including sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics.
