Job summary

PingPong Payments is scaling its enterprise onboarding, seeking a seasoned Director, Onboarding & Solution Design to oversee the end-to-end onboarding and technical integration lifecycle for our enterprise clients.

You will design tailored solutions, coordinate stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations, and ensure seamless go-live while driving continuous improvements in processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fintech/payments, enterprise SaaS implementation, or technical service delivery.
• Hands-on API integrations, microservices, and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of cross-border payments, payment networks, and regulatory considerations.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end onboarding with strict timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and solution design for enterprise clients.
• Design end-to-end payment solutions aligned with global standards.
• Explain APIs, SDKs, and developer tools to prospects and clients.
• Produce solution blueprints, technical specs, and packages.
• Coordinate internal reviews across Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations.
• Own onboarding projects from contract to go-live and ensure smooth handover.
