Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a proactive Onboarding Coordinator to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for our new starters, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported and set up for success from day one.

This role requires regular travel between our sites in Loughborough, Heanor and Langley Mill. You will coordinate onboarding activities, build relationships across the business and ensure new employees have everything they need before they start.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, recruitment, HR administration or a customer-facing coordination role.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Ability to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and attention to detail.
• Confident working independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Managing the onboarding journey from offer acceptance through to successful induction.
• Liaising regularly with new starters, providing support and guidance ahead of their start date.
• Coordinating onboarding activities with hiring managers and internal departments.
• Ensuring onboarding documentation, compliance checks and admin tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Working with the Recruitment Team to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding.
• Organising equipment, system access, workplace requirements and induction schedules.
• Delivering engaging face-to-face company inductions across multiple Rehlko locations.
• Building strong relationships with managers and stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Acting as main point of contact for onboarding queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate records and onboarding data within internal systems.
• Continuously identifying opportunities to improve onboarding experiences and processes.
