Integrated Care 24 Ltd is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to manage the end-to-end candidate journey from offer to first day and beyond. You will coordinate identity checks, DBS, references, and right-to-work, while preparing contracts and maintaining accurate records.

The role collaborates with People, IT and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth start for each new colleague. The position emphasizes attention to detail, ownership of tasks, and strong communication to keep candidates informed and

Qualificações

• Experience in HR, recruitment, onboarding or compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage deadlines and end-to-end processes.
• Excellent communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the onboarding journey from verbal offer to first day.
• Coordinating pre-employment checks (identity, DBS, references, right-to-work).
• Preparing contracts and maintaining candidate/employee records.
• Keeping candidates informed with regular updates and follow-ups.
• Supporting hiring managers and following up on outstanding items.
• Coordinating with People, IT and Resource Planning for smooth starts.
• Maintaining data accuracy and generating onboarding reports.
• Supporting recruitment open days and related admin tasks.
• Looking for ways to improve onboarding processes and reduce bottlenecks.
