Job summary

NLGroup in Hessle is seeking an Onboarding Compliance Officer to coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring all new hires meet pre-employment compliance standards before starting. You will work closely with Recruitment, Operations, and management to keep documentation accurate and compliant.

Responsibilities include coordinating mandatory checks, inductions, and maintaining secure personnel records, with authority to withhold clearance if requirements are not met.

• Prepare onboarding records for audits and generate reports.
• Maintain compliant electronic personnel files and handle data securely.
• Engage with stakeholders to improve onboarding processes.
