Zusammenfassung

UK Power Networks in Crawley is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to provide a comprehensive end-to-end onboarding service for new hires and stakeholders. You will ensure records, checks and payroll data are accurate, complete and delivered on time, reporting to the Onboarding Team Leader within HR Services Onboarding.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to permanent, offering a starting salary around £29,750 with a 7.5% bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience providing a responsive and professional service to customers, candidates or stakeholders.
• Accurate data-entry with strong attention to detail.
• Able to proofread contracts and letters against templates.
• Organise and monitor multiple cases with clear records.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to escalate issues.

Aufgaben

• Drafting new-starter contracts and internal appointment letters using templates.
• Creating position numbers and setting up permanent and agency workers in SAP.
• Maintaining complete candidate files, including documentation, interview notes and approvals.
• Coordinating pre-employment screening, references and right-to-work checks.
• Keeping in regular contact with new employees and hiring managers to agree start dates and onboarding.
• Coordinating onboarding, induction and orientation with internal teams and external providers.
• Processing employee changes, including promotions, transfers and secondments.
• Managing the onboarding inbox and payroll-related inquiries within deadlines.
