Job summary

Avencia Talent Solutions is recruiting for an HR Onboarding Coordinator in Leeds on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be the key contact for candidates, coordinating pre-employment screening, contracts, references and communications throughout onboarding.

You will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to keep the process moving, proactively chasing actions and ensuring both candidates and managers are informed on progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, recruitment coordination or similar admin role.
• Strong communication skills with candidates and stakeholders over the phone.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding processes and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment screening, right to work, and DBS checks.
• Generate and issue contracts within 48 hours of notification.
• Act as main point of contact for candidates during onboarding and provide updates.
