Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef looking to step up or a Senior Sous Chef.
• Experience within high-end luxury restaurant / hotel restaurants.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsabilités

• Work alongside the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, assisting with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking.
• To be a senior part of culinary team for all operations both on and off board.
• Planning and directing of food preparation in kitchen.
• Assist with the planning of menu, tastings, spec sheets, allergen and costings.
