You will lead a busy kitchen, oversee food quality, manage costs, and train a motivated team to deliver consistently excellent dishes while maintaining compliance with food hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in using Rational ovens for large functions.
• Strong leadership and conflict management skills.
• Solid understanding of food costs and gross profit.
• Ability to train and motivate a team.
• Advanced food hygiene certification (Level 3).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the use of Re-gen on Rational ovens and manage large plated functions.
• Run the pass for busy A la carte services.
• Oversee kitchen management.
• Monitor food costs and ensure profitability.
• Train and inspire the restaurant team to deliver consistently great food.
• Ensure compliance with advanced food hygiene Level 3 and allergens.
• Utilise systems such as Microsoft packages, Fourth, and Procure Wizard.
