Caravan Southbank in London is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef. The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality, maintaining health standards, and mentoring a growing team from day one.

Joining a new, large two-floor venue, you will shape service, lead by example, and ensure every dish meets high standards while managing costs and stock efficiently.

Qualifications

• Senior Sous Chef with proven kitchen leadership experience.
• Passionate about fresh ingredients and hospitality.
• Ability to coach, train and develop a kitchen team.

Responsabilités

• Set the standards for health & safety and drive excellence across the kitchen.
• Ensure every dish is consistent, prepared to spec and of high quality.
• Lead by example; coach and support the kitchen team to deliver great hospitality.
• Coach, train and develop the kitchen team; onboard new starters effectively.
• Manage stock, costs, cleanliness, health & safety and best kitchen practices.
• Collaborate with the wider restaurant team to create the best guest experience.
