Job summary

Rail Gourmet UK is recruiting an On Board Host at Sheffield Station to deliver at-seat trolley service on East Midlands Trains. You will enhance passenger experience, perform transactions, and support stock management on assigned trains.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with shifts from early morning to late evening, including some weekends, and offers a structured career path with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong focus on customer service and helping passengers
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide at-seat trolley service on EMR trains, ensuring outstanding customer service and handling transactions
• Travel on assigned trains, assist passengers, and meet sales targets
• Accurately account for stock and transactions, adhere to hygiene and safety standards
• Perform Service Centre duties, engage with passengers and provide information
