Job summary

Rail Gourmet is recruiting an On Board Host for Sheffield Station. The role involves in-seat trolley service on East Midlands Trains, delivering excellent customer service, managing stock and transactions, and supporting service centre duties. Training is provided, and you must be 18+.

• Perform Service Centre duties as directed, engaging with passengers, providing information, and addressing diverse needs.

ON BOARD HOST - SHEFFIELD STATION

East Midlands Trains (EMR) at Sheffield Station.

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour, plus commission

Hours: Full Time Permanent (40 hours/week)

Shifts: Varied between 6 am and 10.00 pm, including some weekends.

No experience required; full training will be provided.

• Travel on assigned trains, assisting passengers, achieving sales targets independently, and meeting contractual goals.

Requirements For On Board Host

• Due to some responsibilities within the Onboard Host role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts
