Rail Gourmet is seeking an On Board Host for East Midlands Trains at Sheffield Station. Earn £13.45 per hour, 40 hours per week, with varied shifts from early morning to late evening, including weekends.

No experience is required as full training will be provided. The role involves in-seat trolley service, stock management, and handling onboard transactions to deliver top-quality service and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to perform certain tasks or shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide 'at seat trolley service' on EMR trains with exceptional customer service.
• Travel on assigned trains, assist passengers, and meet sales targets.
• Accurately account for stock and transactions, maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Perform Service Centre duties, engaging with passengers and addressing needs.
