Job summary

Portico is on the lookout for a Receptionist to join a multi-occupied building in Slough. The successful candidate will work alongside the facilities manager to deliver a warm, professional visitor experience, be the first point of contact, and act as the sole Portico presence on site.

Hours are 45 per week (8am–6pm, Mon–Fri) with a salary of £38,500 per annum; experience in customer service is required and an SIA licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• An SIA Licence is advantageous.
• This is a stand-alone reception role on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly welcome and customer-focused assistance on site.
• Work with the facilities manager to create a positive visitor experience.
• Build strong relationships with tenants and occupiers.
