Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited seeks a Traffic Management Project Manager to oversee on-site delivery of contracted works from Preston. You will lead Traffic Managers, allocate resources across projects, and ensure safety, quality and budget compliance.

The role requires Lantra 12A‑D, preferably LTMO/TSCO, solid TM drawings experience, and a full driving license. You will liaise with authorities and stakeholders while driving improvements and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Lantra 12A, B, C and D qualifications.
• Preferably Lantra LTMO or TSCO.
• Experience reading TM Drawings.
• Auditing experience or training qualifications an advantage.
• Full clean driving license.

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage resources to carry out contracted works, ensuring on time, safe delivery, quality and budget compliance.
• Support and manage Traffic Managers on site, prioritising safety and road-space management.
• Allocate workforce and resources effectively across projects.
• Provide guidance to address quality non-conformities and complaints promptly.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce standards across teams.
• Attend major installations, modifications and removals where appropriate.
• Represent the company at site-based progress meetings.
• Liaise with local authorities, project designers, clients and delivery partners.
• Undertake audits/inspections to ensure contractual compliance.
