Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited is recruiting a Trainee Traffic Management Project Manager in Preston. The role focuses on coordinating client schemes, managing day-to-day activities and BD opportunities with RM/SPM support.

Responsibilities include attending meetings, monitoring programmes, onboarding clients, drafting quotes, and ensuring accurate paperwork and PO adjustments. The position offers growth and a strong emphasis on stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Own the role for client liaison and day-to-day project activities.
• Certifications IOSH and Lantra M7 (or LTMO/TSCO) are preferred.
• Full clean driving licence is required.
• Auditing experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and support from RM/SPM.
• Monitor client programme against works booked in via Central Hub.
• Research and identify new markets and partnerships; generate leads.
• Attend and lead Programme meetings; manage quotes and billing processes.
• Liaise with clients, depot managers and CAD team to ensure documentation and drawings are accurate.
• Monitor quotes and ensure quick turnaround; apply value engineering where appropriate.
• Onboard clients, manage DOA processes, and ensure proper handover to depots.
• Support PMs with all tasks listed and maintain BD file structure.
