Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join their UK projects. The role involves driving an IPV, setting up and removing traffic management sites, and delivering daily site briefings to ensure work is performed to NHSS standards.

The ideal candidate will have Lantra approved Traffic Management qualifications, a valid UK driving licence with minimal points, and be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol check. Right to Work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications required.
• Must pass Drugs & Alcohol check.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Full UK Driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Drive an IPV and set up, maintain and remove traffic management sites in line with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings and supervise crews to follow high-quality work plans.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings to support safe operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act and RAMS.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
