Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited is seeking a Traffic Management Project Manager to organise resources, manage on-site teams, and ensure safety, quality and profitability on contracted works in Preston. You will coordinate with authorities, clients and partners, supervise risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement in site operations.

The role requires Lantra 12A–D, LTMO/TSCO where possible, strong reading of TM drawings and auditing experience, along with a full driving licence.

Qualifications

Lantra 12A, B, C and D.
Lantra LTMO or TSCO preferred.
Reading and relaying information on TM Drawings.
Auditing experience or training qualifications an advantage.
Full clean driving license.

Responsibilities

Organise and manage resources to carry out contracted works, ensuring safety, quality, on time and within budget.
Support and manage a team of Traffic Managers on site to deliver safety in road-space and traffic management.
Support and manage workforce allocated to projects and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Provide advice and instruction to team to deal with quality non-conformities and complaints.
Monitor the team to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Attend major installations, modifications and removals where appropriate.
Represent the company at site-based progress meetings and liaise with authorities and clients.
Undertake audits/inspections to ensure contractual compliance.
