Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited in Rainham is seeking a Traffic Management Project Manager to organise and manage resources for contracted works, delivering on time, within budget and to required safety standards.

You will lead on-site teams of Traffic Managers, ensure compliance with safety, quality and COSHH requirements, liaise with authorities and clients, and drive project progress from planning through to completion.

Qualifications

• Lantra 12A, B, C and D certification or equivalent
• Lantra LTMO or TSCO certification preferred
• Ability to read and relay information on TM Drawings
• Auditing experience or training qualifications advantageous
• Must have a full clean driving license

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage resources to carry out contracted works, ensuring safety, quality, timeliness and budget adherence
• Support and manage on-site Traffic Managers to uphold safety and road-space management principles
• Allocate workforce and resources across projects effectively
• Provide guidance on quality non-conformities and process complaints
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and COSHH requirements
• Attend major installations, modifications and removals as appropriate
• Represent the company at site-based progress meetings and liaise with authorities and clients
• Undertake audits/inspections to ensure contractual compliance
