VIVO Defence Services in Exmouth is seeking an experienced Service Manager to own service delivery across a designated area and act as the core liaison between VIVO, DIO, Heads of Establishment and site stakeholders.

You will oversee reactive repairs, planned maintenance and statutory compliance, ensuring safety and quality while meeting contractual targets and budgets. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential to drive continuous improvement across the estate.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities management in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of compliance and customer service.
• Leadership and contractor management experience.

Responsabilités
