Job summary

Mitie Group plc in the United Kingdom is seeking an Ad-Hoc Support Officer to protect our customer's property, people and assets by delivering security services in line with published Assignment Instructions. You will meet KPIs and SLAs, complete required training, renew licences, and report hazards promptly.

This role requires SIA Licence and a front-line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision, with CCTV PSS SIA Licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS SIA Licence.
• SC Clearance desirable.
• Ad-Hoc security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets by delivering security services per Assignment Instructions (AI's) and changes.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs to support contract retention.
• Complete required competency training and renew licences 16 weeks before expiry.
• Report hazards and incidents promptly; maintain accurate incident notes.
• Follow procedures, stay vigilant, and communicate with client and emergency services as needed.
• Ensure on-site compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
