Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Security Officer to protect our customer's property and assets on site in the United Kingdom. You will follow Assignment Instructions and meet KPI/SLA targets while ensuring compliance with UK law and health and safety guidelines.

The role requires holding a front-line SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and willingness to undertake training and renew licences ahead of expiry. A proactive, professional approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in security roles with on-site duties.
• SIA licence holder required.
• SC clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect property and assets by following Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any changes.
• Deliver results by meeting/exceeding KPIs/SLA through accountable service.
• Complete required competency training and renew front-line licences on time.
• Report incidents and liaise with Control/Management as needed.
• Maintain compliance with UK law and health & safety requirements.
