Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking security professionals to protect client sites and assets under our Assignment Instructions (AI's). You will work to meet KPIs/SLAs and assist in contract retention, while ensuring compliance with UK law and health and safety standards.

Candidates must hold a front-line SIA licence (Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS licence, with ongoing training and licence renewals required. Expect on-site duties, clear reporting, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Must hold a front-line SIA licence (Guarding or Door Supervision).
• CCTV PSS licence is required.
• Commitment to ongoing training and renewal 16 weeks before expiry.

Responsibilities

• Protect customers' property, people, and assets by providing security services per Assignment Instructions.
• Meet or exceed KPIs/SLAs to aid contract retention.
• Complete site tasks as defined in the Assignment Instructions and adapt to changes.
• Comply with UK law and regulatory requirements; renew licences as required.
• Maintain incident notebooks and report incidents to the Security Account Manager.
• Call emergency services and reporting centre as needed.
