Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking an on-site security professional to protect our client's property and assets. You will deliver services in accordance with Assignment Instructions, maintain compliance with UK laws, and complete necessary training to support self-development.

The role requires an SIA front-line licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and a CCTV PSS SIA Licence, with SC Clearance desirable. Licence renewal 16 weeks before expiry is essential.

Qualifications

• Front-line SIA licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision is required.
• CCTV PSS SIA Licence is required.
• SC Clearance is desirable.
• Licence renewal is required 16 weeks before expiry.
• Must comply with UK law and guidance.”

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets by delivering security services in line with Assignment Instructions.
• Complete on-site tasks as defined in AI’s and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review changes to Assignment Instructions and suggest amendments to improve service.
• Follow safety and incident reporting processes; maintain notebook entries and incident reports.
• Call emergency services and communicate with the Control Centre to report incidents.
