Job summary

ABM is seeking a Site Services Duty Manager in Bracknell to oversee cleaning, waste management and security operations, ensuring safety, quality and excellent guest experience.

You will lead a multi-functional team, manage schedules, monitor service delivery and drive continuous improvement while prioritising compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within facilities management, retail operations, hospitality, or customer service-focused environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
