Job summary

Cobalt is seeking a Resident Experience Manager to own the resident experience on a large-scale development. The role combines resident engagement, events, digital marketing and operations on-site, reporting to the General Manager.

You will work with leasing, front-of-house and operations to deliver a cohesive resident experience, including events, content, and brand-consistent communications across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering both small and large-scale events.
• Confident managing organic social media channels and content calendars.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with residents, colleagues and external partners.
• Experience handling customer queries and concerns professionally.
• Good visual and creative awareness when producing content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver resident events and community initiatives within budget.
• Manage social media channels; plan content and posting schedules.
• Create content showcasing the development, lifestyle and resident experience.
• Act as on-site marketing lead; ensure brand representation across channels.
• Manage resident communications, queries, maintenance requests and complaints.
• Lead resident surveys, review feedback and implement improvements.
• Support front-of-house to provide a welcoming experience for residents and visitors.
• Support move-ins/move-outs, inspections and deposit processes as needed.
• Review inquiries and feedback with Leasing Manager.
• Assist in-person and virtual property viewings as required.
• Develop partnerships and manage relationships with third parties.
• Produce monthly reporting on events and community engagement.
