AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters are seeking a commercially focused, highly organised Head of Resident Experience to oversee operations, elevate the resident experience and support the brand. Reporting to CEO/Senior Leadership, the role combines operations, customer experience, marketing, and strategic project delivery to drive occupancy, revenue and landlord relationships.

The ideal candidate will translate vision into delivery and lead cross-functional teams to maintain high standards

• Experience leading property operations and resident experience.
• Strong stakeholder and landlord relationship management.
• Proven track record in marketing development and brand management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance of the residential portfolio.
• Enhance the resident journey from inquiry through occupancy and renewal.
• Monitor feedback and translate insights into improvements.
• Lead brand development and digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with landlords and stakeholders to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
