Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Resident Experience Manager for a large-scale residential development in Salford. This on-site role combines resident engagement, events, digital marketing and operational support to own the resident experience.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work with leasing, front-of-house and operations to deliver engaging community initiatives, manage social channels, produce content and lead on-site marketing.

Formación

• Experience planning and delivering events of varying scales.
• Confident managing organic social channels and content calendars.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and partners.
• Experience handling customer queries professionally and calmly.
• Good visual and creative awareness when producing content.
• Ability to own initiatives from planning through to delivery.
• Interest in delivering excellent customer service and improving the resident experience.
• Experience conducting property viewings and supporting leasing journeys would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver resident events and community initiatives within budget.
• Manage social media channels, content planning, posting schedules and engagement.
• Create content showcasing the development, lifestyle and resident experience.
• Lead on-site marketing and ensure consistent brand representation across digital, social and physical channels.
• Manage resident communications, queries, maintenance requests and complaints professionally.
• Lead resident surveys, review feedback and implement improvements with the General Manager.
• Support front-of-house to provide a welcoming experience for residents and visitors.
• Assist with move-ins/outs, inspections and deposit processes when required.
• Collaborate with Leasing Manager to review enquiries and prospect feedback.
• Support property viewings, both in-person and virtual.
• Develop partnerships and manage third-party relationships.
• Produce monthly reporting on events, community performance and resident engagement.
