Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is supporting a West London build-to-rent development by recruiting a Senior Resident Experience Assistant. This resident-facing role partners with the General Manager to deliver outstanding on-site services, build strong resident relationships and foster a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Residential experience is essential, with build-to-rent exposure preferred.
• Experience delivering high standards of customer service in residential settings.
• Ability to engage residents and build trustful relationships.
• Organised approach to managing competing day-to-day priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• IT literacy and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Experience conducting residential viewings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and maintain an approachable on-site presence.
• Support the General Manager with day-to-day resident services delivery.
• Organise and host resident events, meet-and-greets and community initiatives.
• Respond to rental enquiries, conduct viewings and assist applicants.
• Ensure apartments and amenity spaces are presented to a high standard.
• Coordinate resident maintenance requests and contractor appointments.
• Complete check-ins, check-outs and mid-term inspections.
• Keep residents informed through appropriate communication channels.
• Work with the team to uphold health and safety requirements across the development.
