Job summary

Nexus People is seeking a Recruitment Account Coordinator in Doncaster to partner with a major logistics client. The role focuses on building relationships with flexible on-site staff, managing attendance and HR processes, and driving performance and engagement on site.

The position requires at least 12 months of high-volume recruitment experience in logistics, strong English skills, and the ability to work Monday–Friday with some flexibility during busy periods. Immediate starts available.

Qualifications

• 12 months working in high volume recruitment in an on-site capacity.
• Minimum 12 months experience in managing teams in logistics and/or flexible recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the flexible employees.
• Manage and Develop the Flexible Employees based on site.
• Manage performance and productivity.
• Attendance management and HR Process around absence.
• Conduct Exit questionnaires with leavers.
• Reporting on Performance, attrition and absence.
• Adherance to on-site Health & Safety.
• Building a positive relationship with our client.
• Being involved in colleague engagement events.
• Leading from the front.
