Job summary

Staffline is seeking a Recruitment Account Manager for its Driving & Logistics team in Doncaster. The role is office-based with regular client site visits, offering flexible working opportunities for the right candidate.

You will manage key driving and logistics accounts, coordinate driver onboarding, and ensure high compliance and service levels. Regular travel to customer sites is essential to build partnerships and maintain a strong workforce.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within Driving, Logistics, Industrial, or Onsite Recruitment.
• Experience in a sales, account management, customer service, or branch recruitment environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and onboarding HGV and logistics professionals.
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and drivers.
• Managing daily and weekly driver rotas and shift planning.
• Ensuring compliance standards are maintained at 100% at all times.
• Proactively sourcing candidates through outbound recruitment calls and candidate attraction activities.
