Job summary

Nexus People is recruiting an Account Coordinator to work at our Northampton client site in the logistics sector. You'll build relationships with flexible staff, manage attendance and HR processes, and help drive performance on site.

The role requires at least 12 months in high-volume recruitment in an on-site context, clear English and MS Office skills, and a willingness to work shifts Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in managing teams in logistics and/or flexible recruitment.
• UK resident with ability to travel to site for shifts.
• Strong English language skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in on-site, high-volume recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with flexible employees.
• Manage and develop the flexible workforce on site.
• Manage performance and productivity.
• Attendance management and HR processes around absence.
• Conduct exit questionnaires with leavers.
• Report on performance, attrition and absence.
• Adhere to on-site health and safety guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with the client.
• Participate in colleague engagement events.
• Lead by example on site.
