Nexus People are recruiting an On-site Recruitment Account Manager to be based at our client location in Sheffield. You will manage an on-site team and oversee recruitment from attraction to onboarding, ensuring compliance and smooth operation in a busy warehouse environment.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to juggle multiple projects on-site. Monday to Friday hours apply with potential site flexibility.

• Complete compliance checks and reference checks per policy.
• Provide supply and KPI reports; support client relationship management.
