Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and support two client sites in Wakefield and Doncaster. The role involves 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with travel between sites.

You will place adverts, screen candidates, handle onboarding, and maintain client relationships while delivering high-quality recruitment services and ensuring compliance across the end-to-end process.

Qualifications

• Prior recruitment experience is required.
• End-to-end recruitment process experience is preferred.
• UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites.
• Answer recruitment enquiries and screen candidates for onboarding.
• Complete right-to-work checks and manage onboarding for induction and training.
• Manage internal systems (CRM, Online Candidate Portal, Unity).
• Hold client relationships and deputise for senior manager when required.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team across our dual locations.

This role would be based across 2 client sites; travel would be required between Wakefield– WF6 and Doncaster– DN8.

The role would be 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities:

• Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites
• Answering recruitment enquires
• Screening, processing and on-boarding candidates for induction & training
• Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates
• Monitor and Manage performance of warehouse colleagues
• Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process
• Management of all internal systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Unity
• Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendance etc.
• Engage with colleagues daily to boost colleague performance
• Hold key client relationships
• Deputise for senior contract manager when required
