Job summary

Nexus People is seeking an Account Coordinator in Northampton to support on-site recruitment for a major UK distribution and logistics client. The role focuses on managing flexible workers, building strong relationships, and ensuring smooth operational performance on site.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of on-site recruitment experience in logistics, excellent English and MS Office skills, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience in high-volume recruitment in an on-site capacity.
• Experience managing teams in logistics and/or flexible recruitment.
• Strong English language skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with flexible employees.
• Manage and develop the flexible employees based on site.
• Manage performance and productivity.
• Attendance management and HR process around absence.
• Conduct exit questionnaires with leavers.
• Reporting on performance, attrition and absence.
• Adherence to on-site Health & Safety.
• Build a positive relationship with our client.
• Lead engagement events with colleagues.
• Lead from the front; be flexible and willing to learn new skills.
