Nexus People is looking for an Account Coordinator in Bradford to support our client, a leading distribution and logistics provider. You will build and maintain relationships with flexible employees onsite and help manage attendance, performance, and HR processes.

The role requires at least 12 months in team management within logistics or flexible recruitment, strong English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 12+ months experience in managing teams in logistics/on-site recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the flexible employees.
• Manage and Develop the Flexible Employees based on site.
• Manage performance and productivity.
• Attendance management and HR process around absence.
• Conduct exit questionnaires with leavers.
• Reporting on performance, attrition and absence.
• Adherence to on-site Health & Safety.
• Build a positive relationship with our client.
• Lead from the front; participate in engagement events.
