Job summary

Ritz Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Property Assistant for an on-site role at a residential building in Bristol. The position is immediate start and temporary in nature, offering £13.50 per hour. The role focuses on delivering excellent on-site operations and customer service to residents.

You will work as part of a team to manage inquiries, viewings, and property access, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Reception or Front of House.
• Experience in property, hospitality, travel or similar would be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Able to build relationships with residents and team members.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Face to face customer interaction and building rapport with residents.
• Respond to enquiries by phone and email.
• Book viewings for prospective residents and keep them updated.
• Update the workflow calendar with resident viewings.
• Arrange access to properties for agents, contractors and inventory clerks.
• Conduct room inventories and preventive maintenance checks.
• Inspect communal areas for cleanliness, hazards or health and safety issues.
