Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership in a high‑volume D2C environment.
• Proven track record leading multiple teams in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experienced with WMS tools, systems, and reporting standards.
• Experience leading change and building scalable teams within a high‑growth business.
• Strong data analysis of operational performance and trends.
• Skilled in partnering with HR, Finance, L&D, and technical partners to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own site operations and lead leaders to achieve KPI targets across service, cost, and excellence.
• Develop and execute resource and capacity plans with succession planning.
• Deliver fan‑focused operational excellence using data analytics, AI insights, and automation.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment with HR, Finance, L&D, and tech partners to drive outcomes.
